Ive got my green pair of high waisted trousers from the 80s and a linen shirt unbuttoned at the top and tucked into the pants. Much simpler than yesterday but i think its pretty cool. The albums on hand are Survivor's "Caught in the Game" and Boston's "Third Stage". Peace out

I think my wrist watch goes really well with the outfit. Its a casio from the 80s. The black suspenders i got recently from wal mart and the blue tie is from goodwill. Again i brought the walkman with me againand ive got 707's debut album, Pat Benetar's Best Shots album and Survivor's Eye of the Tiger album on me. The black and white houndstooth pants as well. My outfit today. In this outfit is a burgundy short sleeved t shirt, some green 3 pleat trousers, q black belt, and my sony ex10 walkman. The albums im carrying in my hand are pat benetars best shots (1989), survivors caught in the game (1983), and 707's self title (1980). Also dont mind the mess i have yet to clean that up heh. The colors kind of remind me of some sort of flower and i think i put them well together. The green compliments the reddish burgundy, the black belt matches the walkman, and the sillouette is quite nice too. Tell me what yall think in the comments!

Basically bring back the 80s

So i recently got this blazer earlier today from ebay from the 80s and it is olive green. Whats interesting, however, is the colours of the stitching!

Back in the 80s and 90s (of the 19th century) there was a crap ton of artists. Back then, everything was about hiding brushstrokes, keeping things as realistic as possible, and making things anatomically correct, which is probably why there were so many nakked people in art. Well, not everyone liked this, which was evident by a few artists in france, including Claude Monet, Van Gogh, and more guys (women were still objectified during the 1800s). Well impressionism, named derrogatorily after Claude Monet's Impression Sunrise, was characterized by visible brushstrokes, vivid colours (sometimes the artists never ever used black in their art) and it was such a vivid thing. Impressionism also allowed for a fully finished painting to form within an hour or so because it focused on wet on wet methodologies. What occurred was one of, if not, the first tangent in art history and when it came out, some people hated it and some loved it, but the artists kept the term (monet actually liked it).

I take severe inspiration from Monet with this one. Enjoy!
