Might be too late, but please be respectful with fireworks this 4th

As a vet with ptsd, and fireworks don’t help it, pledge pleeease please be more considerate. I don’t love trying to relax and I’m jolted and shake and bad memories come rushing back. Please

Title. I was diagnosed a year ago tomorrow. I started showing signs probably a couple years ahead of my diagnosis but I didn’t believe it was possible (even tho my great uncle had it). So I got diagnosed and I had to be kinda pushy to my neuro to get a diagnosis and she said it was RRMS. Learned today from my new neuro it’s PPMS. Which makes sense cause after all my PT and diet change and going to the gym and everything I’ve only felt worse. It suck’s so much. Just wanted to vent a bit cause aside from my wife I haven’t told anyone.
