top 1 and 2 of the most effective assets in the World Government side by a long mile; together they stomp almost everyone post and pre time skip
Kaido with the All-Stars might be a really really high diff, Shanks with his top 2 mid diff(they just aura farm) and IF we remove MISOGYNY from the story i cant see them go through Big mom and her top 3 they are way too versatile, Whitebeard is a stomp if they include ace🤢(he would get them killed) if they remove him they have a chance to go low-mid diff.
