Idk what’s been goin on in my back yard but this year it’s producing ALOT of 4 leaf clovers. Today I thought I found one.. it turned into 28 four leafs and 6 five leafs!! Never in my 30 years have I ever found that many in one sitting!!!
Walking in my backyard. I’m always looking down in case I find a 4 leaf. Found 4 in one spot!! I added the last picture cause at first I thought it was a split leaf lol.
I inherited a house. About 2 years later I moved out and started renting to my bf. It’s been about 6 years now and im considering selling. My friend renting is a single mother. She offered to buy it and said she would get with banks/lenders this week. I havent heard from her. I told her a guy is coming to look at the house tomorrow. Im now blocked and unfriended on socials. My texts still going through so I take it she’s butt hurt.. should i go about this another way!?

She’s lived in my house for 6 years. Her rent is WAY below market value. $600 for a 2 bedroom. Where I could easily rent for $1000-$1200. She’s currently about 3 months behind on rent. June will make it 3 months.
The house is not sold. I was not actively looking to sell. Investors/house flippers call me all the time. I tell her each time. Last Saturday one actually provided me with a good offer. I told her about it. She asked what would the process be. I told her he advised they give offer as is. They will come look at the house and make sure they offer matches the house pretty much. This is going to be done in the next week or two. If he agrees the offer is good then the process of actually selling will start. She called me next day asking if she could buy the house at the offer. I said yes. She said she would spend this week getting with lenders. AT THIS POINT I HAVE NOT ADVISED I HAVE STOPPED PURSUING WITH THR INVESTOR. She doesn’t talk to me all week. Investor calls me today asks to see the house tomorrow. I ask my friend if she can make it happen. She agrees. Then I find out I’m blocked.

I’m 5’4 120 lbs. yesterday I went to donate blood. Never done it. I tried back in HS but the lady was an ass missed my vein and rubbed the needle back and forth to get it in. Didn’t work and I left with HUGE bruises. I was scared to ever do it again lol. Fast forward a bit. I have now had 2 kids and blood drawn many times. 0 issues. Red Cross is hosting blood drives near me so I said why not!? I have the good blood lmao. (O+) so I get online sign up. There’s two types I can donate. Regular which any blood type can do. Or power red where only certain blood types can donate. My type being one of them. So I signed up for power red. Fast forward to next day I go in sign in. The lady asked how much I weighed I told her she tells me sorry you have to be at least 150. I’m feeling a little discouraged because 1 I don’t think I’ll ever be able to donate power red as I have only ever been about 150 when I was in my third trimester with my son. I’m like that’s ok I’ll just give regular blood lol. She goes to check my hemoglobin. We run the test like 5x cause the first time it was too low next few times it kept getting a failed reading next time after that the result is lower than the first one.
Final conclusion I can’t donate blood cause I’m too skinny and my iron is too low.
