Hi so I am currently reading the cosmere and I am wondering if it is smart waiting to read Warbreaker after the first stormlight book. I’m currently on Elantris and have only 40 pages left before starting on Hope of Elantris. And I have read era 1 of Mistborn + the short stories in between. What do you guys recommend???
So summer break is beginning for me in tre days. My summer break is two months long. And I have my tbr ready. My plans is starting The cosmere. I have already read Mistborn era 1. and now I am reading Elantris and I am loving it.
My reading order:
Elantris
The Hope of Elantris
Warbreaker
The way of kings
The alloy of law
The emperor’s soul
shadows of silence in the forest of hell
words of radiance
What are some books you guys are excited for??

I know things are a lot different in the Norwegian Language. But i think this is an odd choice. I don’t think a 11 year old will know what a Trumfkort is.
A Trumfkort is a Trumf card
Here is the direct quote just translated from Norwegian to English.
“If they killed all the other heirs, she would become more and more valuable. That way they would make her a bargaining chip in the negotiations they knew would come”
The translation does a good jobb translating the same points of the story and meaning. And kids can have a fun time figuring out these words.

Omg guys I love this book. I have had a hard time finding a book that will get me really invested inn. And this book has me blown away. At the start I was a bit unsure about the book but now omg. It is so mysterious and fun even though I don’t understand everything it is still fun. I love this book so much 🌎🧬👽🛸

Hi so the Norwegian company that are translating the Books are using AI a lot to promote the books. The Company is called Bris Forlag.
I don’t now what standards Tui thinks of AI. But I think this is NOT Okay.
Just to be clear nothing in the books are AI it is just the marketing. ( which is copying to kinda look like Mike Holmes style)
The title of the books are real ungdragenes profeti and Den tapte arving. Is the Norwegian translation of the dragonet prophecy and the lost heir.
And yes the books are real I have them.
I don’t know if the translation it self is ai.

Hi. I am feeling for some sci-fi/ fantasy mood.
But I can’t decide which book. I am between Project Hail Mary because it keeps coming up on my feed with Rocky who is so cool and funny. Or Red rising who is also keep coming up on my fy. Because I really like fantasy like Mistborn.
