Ive been looking for the steps to convert to Margin account so I can get around this settled funds issue.
Do I need to be out of all my current positions or can I transfer while in active trades?
For reference i have 8k in Cash and 17k in options contracts.
Tried to reach out to support to no avail.
So I just bought my F-350 about a month ago because at the time I didnt have a vehicle, I bought it with the intention of future business use. Which has since been put on hold (long story).
For context, I work from home mostly and commute 2 days per week usually carpool in someone elses car. So it doesn’t get driven super often and mostly short trips. Diesel here is about 7$ a gallon and Im getting like 14-15 mpg in the city.
Ive only had the truck for about 2,000 miles and Ive already had to do a manual regen. So if i do keep it I will definitely be deleting it.
I do eventually plan to buy a boat this summer, but not a boat large enough for me to need a diesel. I primarily bought it for the gooseneck receiver.
