Gluten free alcohol free beer (?)

I found this today. It doesn’t say gluten free on the packaging but has this gluten free logo on the side! I stopped drinking alcohol earlier in the year and finding an alcohol free and gluten free beer has been almost impossible. I’m going to try it later, very excited 😁

Excuse the paint on my hands… I’ve been painting.

Should I be discouraging finger sucking behaviour?

She’s 14 weeks and has always done this. it doesn’t hurt and she often falls asleep doing it. I’m assuming it’s self soothing behaviour and she’ll grow out of it?

Monitoring, PACs and risk of AF

I had a holter monitor last year and then found ~200 in a 24 hour period. These started after I started taking Sertraline for panic attacks.

I kind of accepted it because I understood they were mostly benign, and the sertraline basically fixed my panic attacks and they had a bigger impact on my life.

I had a couple of occasions where I’ve felt my heart so something more than just ectopics- one where I woke up in the night and my heart was pounding, I ended up calling an ambulance because I was home alone and afraid that I would die. After this I had the holter monitor. That was about a year ago.

Last week I was at work and I felt my heart going fast but it was also irregular. This lasted approximately 15 seconds and then returned to normal, I was no longer aware of my heartbeat. I stayed calm but it has thrown me again.

The trouble is that I have health anxiety, and I feel that my GP (NHS/UK) surgery don’t take me seriously, and I don’t trust them. This is somewhat well founded as over the years they have missed me having sleep apnoea (treated with a MAD), coeliac disease and now a basal cell carcinoma.

Are there any devices I can wear to record these events to validate what I am experiencing? hopefully on the upper arm as I work in healthcare and have to be bare below the elbows. Thanks for your help.
