Cat walls for clumsy cats?

My cat is surprisingly clumsy for a girl so elegant, and it took her a few weeks to comfortably get up to the tallest part of her tower, which is 6'. I would like to built her a wall that connects from the tower, but was wondering if anyone has tips (highest limit?) or tricks for clumsy cats so she doesn't accidentally go toppling.

Seeking more ways to correct swatting and biting in adult stray

1 month ago, I adopted the sweetest 2 year old. The shelter didn't realized she was already spayed, so she was fresh out of exploratory surgery and anesthesia when I got her, and the first couple of weeks she was a affectionate, sleepy, a bit ditsy and not super alert. Her cone was on for 2.5 weeks, and she didn't display any love biting attempts, but tried to swat twice mid-pets.

I don't know her history, but she was new to the shelter and was once spayed, never microchipped.

Ever since her cone came off 3 weeks ago, it's like she's a new cat rediscovering boundaries. I completely understand the new sensations post cone and know adult strays need more time, but would like some reassurance that there is a way to correct some of her behavior.

- When I pet her during her cone era, she would beg for pets essentially all over herself, I could stick my whole hand in her cone and just pet for hours and she'd be happily purring. Post cone, she can tolerate some petting for a bit, then she will turn her head quickly around and love bite (not strong, very gentle) I am okay with love bites, but am worried if I don't correct it, will it turn to stronger bites in the future?

- she likes to swat with her claws fully out. One morning she was incredibly affectionate, head butting me and snuggling until we woke up. I remember looking at her and thinking wow she's so perfect, when she suddenly swatted out and caught my lip with her claw, drawing blood. I was confused because I couldn't think of anything to prompt this swatting, but maybe I was staring without blinking for too long?

Around 20% of the time, she will try to swat with claws out when someone offers a hand to sniff for pets. When the hand retreats, she will almost always roll over on her back and reach out with her paws, making bite motions with her mouth. It seems like she wants a kicker toy in these situations, so I'll give her one of those fish toys that she bites and claws on for a bit. I play with her 15-30 minutes in the morning, when I'm back from work, and before I sleep. She's super interested in running from the toy then watching and getting ready to pounce, then hitting the toy once, running away, repeat.

Whenever she swats or bites I will say 'No' and not give her any attention (if she rolls over and doesn't 'attack' but displays motions of wanting a toy, I'll direct her to a toy). It's only been a couple weeks of this, but her frequency of bites and swats has increased as she grew more comfortable, so I'm hoping for anecdotes or reassurance that it can get better! Thank you.
