Advice for Vocal Fold Hemorrhagic Polyp

Hello people! I am a professional singer and a vocal coach, unfortunately I just got diagnosed with a vocal fold haemorrhage polyp on my left vocal fold. It happened in the same spot of 2 previous haemorrhage over the last two years.

I saw 2 ENTs. One recommended I speak normally with reduced vocal load, and consider surgery or speech therapy. He said the timeline for speech therapy will be longer (6 months) and I’ll be unable to perform during then. Another ENT asked me to be on complete voice rest for 2-4 weeks, wait for the polyp to go away then he can laser away the vessel or scar.

Both advices are very contradictory and very confusing. I’d like to get a second opinion from anyone who has experience before making a decision, so any thoughts or sharing are really appreciated! Thank you all!!!

Finished the show for the first time. How to rewatch it

I finished the show about three weeks ago. It was like no series I have ever watched before, I was super emotionally invested to a point that I’d get quite depressed after watching some episodes or constantly dream about the characters.

I tried watching the beef and white lotus after that but sopranos just got stuck in my head and nothing compares. I miss the show but I don’t know how to re-engage with it cuz it’s such a heavy show. I wonder what is people’s strategy for rewatching it?

Thanks!
