While flossing, this came off of the back of a lower front tooth. It now feels like a hole is there and the edges to the missing section left are rough. Looks like the teeth nearby have build up but the hole it left feels strange. What is this?
I’m embarrassed to show this but really scared about scheduling a dentist visit. My parents quit taking me at a young age and I now have a great fear of going even though I know that’s silly. It has been at least 15 years sadly.

Looking for good seafood spots to try that are truly fresh in any form - sushi, apps, plate options. Open to anything but want it to be super fresh! Feel like that’s hard to find in OKC. I haven’t been to Sedalia’s but that’s definitely on my list!
