I built an operations platform for orgs because spreadsheets were killing us
We were running a mid-size org out of six Google Sheets, three bots, and a Discord channel nobody read. Promotions got lost. Nobody knew who was certified on what. Contract payouts were "trust me bro."
So I built ORION. It's a full operations platform that runs in the browser like a desktop OS, you open apps for the things your org actually does: roster and ranks, missions and AARs, dispatch, contracts and payouts, training and certifications, awards, intel, a service record for every member.
The part I care about most: it's all connected. Finish a mission, the crew gets credited and notified. Approve an award, the member sees it and it lands on their record. Promote someone, the right people hear about it. No re-typing the same thing into four places.
It's multi-org, so it's not just for us, your org gets its own tenant, your ranks, your branding. There's a Discord bot that keeps roles and announcements in sync.
Happy to answer anything. Not trying to oversell it, if you run an org and you're drowning in tabs, it might save you some pain.
