how much is too much to have per meal? if that is such a thing. my goal has been 120g a day but lately when I track i’ve been in the 140-150g range (yay!) for reference, I have 3 meals and a snack here or there.

based on math: 150g/3 meals = 50g per meal. would anything over be overkill?
