basically i finally just got hello neighbor and whenever i started it it js crashed i tried deleting config and repairing files but it didnt work any help? only error stuff there is is in event viewer

Idk why but my tekken 8 got revoked ive got every dlc in the past few years for free but they didnt get revoked what happend? Idk if it matters but i got the game with a code (i had a tekken 8 collectors box thing where i got a code that didnt work but then i contacted steam support and got a new code)
