My Midsommar 4k Directors Cut disc completely stopped working so I reached out to their customer support months ago. Initially they replied quite quickly and agreed to send a replacement disc.

Following that they did not send any tracking data and nothing arrived in the post. I have emailed them numerous times in the months following to ZERO replies!

Has anyone had a similar experience with them and what could be my next steps?

I just wanted to see how many of you guys couldn't get 70mm IMAX tickets for release day so are going to wait to see the film for the first time in 70mm IMAX.

My tickets are for the 4th August and I'm beyond excited but it's going to be a struggle not seeing the film in a different format before then! I'm going to try to resist though...
