found this inside a fabric box in the living room, it was filled with a few wheat heat packs and some small teddys that i had to bin all of unfortunatly. there is still a fair few adults throughout the house but i have been getting rjd of them as soon as i see them. are they carpet beetles? they are attracted to what seems to be light.

went on holiday for about a week and since coming back there is so many.. i live in a unit to the sealing on all of the doors is pretty horensous.

have just been away for a week and since returning home have noticed a few of these. tonight i took more notice and found atleast like 30+ alive around the house. the are attracted to light and fly. if they are whats the best way to get rid of them? is the easiest thing to do get pest control to come spray?

currently day 5 post lap, endo confirmed!! Have been able to go a bit yesterday and the day before but not much. today i have been trying but absolutely nothing will come out. even before lap i struggled with constipation and bowel movements in general so this could just be normal but what are some ways to help?
slightly scared of flying tommorow 😅 have been cleared by my surgeon and the airline but im worried about the process of getting to the aiport and the gas pains 😭.
they found endo and got rid of it so thats a yay finally know what was causing the horrible periods, but defeintly had a rough time waking up from the surgery. was there 20mins after the hospital closed cause was not doing good but holy the nurses where amazing.
what can i do to make travelling home tommorow as comfy as possible ?
