How many times would one have to go to a bloodbank to make enough to buy a 8gb stick of ram, and has anyone been able to come across a 4gb ddr5 stick yet?

I want so see how acceptable or bad performance is if I run on 4gb physical ram and use a decent SSD with SLC and maybe dram cache to put 8gb swapfile for using virtual memory to fill the RAM deficit.

Do 4gb ddr5 sticks exist, and if so what do they cost?

Is anyone finding that the air quality is occasionally really really terrible. It's a smell like burnt plastic and burnt oil and various unburnt hydrocarbons from what's probably a single automobile going by. It smells highly toxic and nauseating.

It happenens often in the late hours but today quite a bit earlier usually a few times a week, today around 11:45 pm @ Highland
