I bought this shade online and from the product photos and the size of the inner ring hole (1/2 inch) I thought I was buying a spider fitter shade.

However when it arrived I realized that the fitter, which is attached at the top, actually descends 4 inches down vertically. For reference, the shade’s slant height is 13 inches, and the vertical height is appx. 10.95 inches. My next guess would be uno fitter, but is the center hole is only 1/2 inch. Also, it seems very shallow for this size/style of shade.

The good news is, I do not have a base for this shade yet, and I would also be fine using adapters if necessary.

I got this in November 2013 at their so-called “final” performance. My dad still gives me crap that he drove me from Maryland to New Jersey for this special show, and yet they resumed touring within a year.

I was super stoked when I got this poster, but I never got around to hanging it and it has been rolled up for 13 years. I was 17 when I got it and I am about to turn 30. It was at my parents’ house for years, and then in a storage unit with most of my belongings for a while. Recently I moved and cleared out my old storage unit and rediscovered it. I hadn’t really thought about that show for a long time (except for the occasional jab from my Dad), so it was kinda nice to revisit those memories.
