Question

I received a Minor signs of strain yesterday morning but didn’t get one this morning. My temperature is still increasing. My question is for those that received the Minor/Major strains screen, did you continue to get them or did you only get them one day?

Trying not to get ahead of myself

PCOS girly. Today hits exactly 1 year since trying. This is my first cycle using Oura ring and so far it has helped me predict and “confirm” ovulation with a LH test for the first time ever. I’ve seen so many posts that the ring has given them this warning as a “Oura knew before I knew”. I’m really trying not to get ahead of myself. Since this is my first cycle with oura could it just be showing all this cuz my period is about to start? My period is scheduled to start on the 21st.
Yesterday, I did basically nothing all day.

Ovulation bleed?

Little backstory:
30(F) PCOS - TTC for about a year now. I started taking Metformin 4 weeks ago as prescribed to help with the insulin resistance from the PCOS.
I’ve been prescribed Provera twice to induce a period because my cycles are long. The first time I wasn’t taking the Metformin yet and had a normal period. This last round I started the Metformin 4 days after starting the Provera. With this round I had a full period, bled for 5 days and the last 2 days had brown spotting. Im currently on cycle day 15 but yesterday I noticed some very light spotting, barely even noticed it cuz it was only when I wiped. I thought it could be from ovulation but the test strips are technically negative even though it’s the darkest I’ve ever seen them get. Today it is still spotting but definitely more noticeable and I may need to start wearing a liner. I took another ovulation test and it’s still technically negative but again the same color if not slightly darker than yesterday.
My question is: Could this be ovulation bleeding? I’ve never experienced it before so I don’t know what is considered normal. Or is this a second period and is that normal after taking Provera and Metformin together?
