I know this might be a bit of a reach, but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask here!

I currently have a full-time job during the day, but I’m looking for a **part-time evening, night, or overnight position to make some extra cash**, preferably in the **Antelope Valley/Palmdale/Lancaster area**, but I’m also open to opportunities elsewhere in the LA area.

I’m pretty open when it comes to the type of work: **customer service, fast food/restaurants, warehouse, hotel/front desk, maintenance, stocking, cleaning, administrative/clerical, or really anything that could work around my daytime schedule.**

Ideally, I’m looking for something that starts **later in the afternoon/evening or is overnight**.

If anyone knows of a place that is currently hiring, especially somewhere that might not be heavily advertised on the usual job boards, I’d really appreciate any leads! Thank you :)

I’m currently in the MSW program and honestly feeling really discouraged and overwhelmed. I haven’t received my last two financial aid reimbursements, and because my housing situation recently changed, I had to request an increase to my Direct PLUS loan.

The financial stress is starting to make me question whether continuing my MSW is even worth it. I’ve even started thinking about transferring universities or switching to a completely different graduate program. At the same time, I’m starting my first practicum soon, so I really don’t want to quit just yet. I feel like I’ve already put so much time and effort into getting to this point, and I want to at least give practicum a chance before making such a big decision.

I don’t necessarily want to give up on social work. I think I’m just exhausted from constantly worrying about finances on top of school and everything else.

Been searching for a new job, I just started applying to some roles down South & was curious to know where y'all commute to? or from?
