If I have more meat than will fit without crowding the pan I cook in batches, but the fond inevitably burns after being on the heat for so long. What do I need to do differently?
The town has changed so much since I was little. Where is everyone going with their toddlers? We have a 2 and 3 year old who were born in the northeast and are going to struggle with the heat. We will spend some time at mom’s house and at her pool but will need to take them places where they can run free and be active. Still working around a midday nap.
Is this normal? How do you stop it? We can’t allow him to color with crayons, markers, or chalk because he eats them. Rocks are another favorite. Been going on for at least a year and no amount of redirecting or taking things away has ever helped. Not a temporary teething thing.
