Hey yall, I'm looking for a simple sports bar with decent beer and some TVs and cell service in Winchester. I like Backseat but there's absolutely no cell service. Any ideas? Preferably not on the walking mall.

Hi, not sure if this is the right sub, but I’m in the process of interviewing for a new job/new company. AFAIK, I’ve completed all the interviews and was told they had two other candidates in the process they needed to let finish as well, and they’d be back in touch by mid week this week. Well, it’s mid-week and I got an email from the recruiter offering me an optional session with a rep from one of their 8 Employee Resource Groups. I looked at the list and don’t fall into any of the categories.
Is this a trick or should I politely decline? I don’t want to force-identify with any of them. I’ve worked for a small company for a longtime that doesn’t do this.
