I have been researching medical assistant programs for the last couple weeks and honestly getting overwhelmed by the pricing.

I work full time right now so I need something online/flexible but I also dont want to waste months on a program employers wont take seriously.

My 7 year-old is asking for a smartwatch since her friends have them but I dont want to give her full smartphone access

I have been on semaglutide for 3 months and the constipation is brutal. I tried metamucil and generic psyllium husk but they're not cutting it. Anyone actually tried it and does it work better than regular fiber supplements?

My levels are low and my doctor wont do anything about it
