Running 40

Hi good day, I just want to ask as I am turning 40 this upcoming December, is there anyone who can apply or transfer? As currently im working here in KSA as a store manager, I am only college level and for experience I have 11 years in fast food service, but I am thinking of moving like a factory worker or hospitality server to Japan because my salary is basic+allowance+overtime is only basic in Taiwan and Japan, I am hesitant because of my agee, I see the limit is only up to 35
