I'm (non-swimmer) planning to start my freediving journey. Is there anyone here who trained sa mga swimming schools within MM? Or would it be best if I train sa resorts? Pa-reco na rin po ng swimming school/resorts (Batangas only) where I can start, please? And baka meron dito naghahanap ng kasabay (female only) or baka may group po kayo sali ako😓🤣. Thank you!
Hello! I just want to share with you my worst acne journey I have dealt with for almost 3 years. I can't really remember kung kelan talaga sya nag-start but I noticed that it gets worse around 2024. I tried so many products, too before consulting a dermatologist.
Skin Type: Acne-prone and oily skin
Age/Gender: 30/F
Current Skincare Routine:
AM : mild facial wash, vit c serum, azelaic acid, moisturizer, sunscreen
PM : mild facial wash, niacinamide serum, azelaic acid, adapalene gel, moisturizer
Additional Info:
Nov 2024 – free online consultation with Rizal Medical Center Dermatology.
Rx: Adapalene, Clindamycin, BPO, Salicylic Wash due to super oily skin
March 2025 – 2 weeks of Doxycycline; 2x a day
April 2025 –another 2 weeks of Doxy; 2x a day
After that di na nagrereply yung page ng RMCD. lol! But super minimal yung changes so hinayaan ko na.
Natagalan talaga ako maghanap ng derma, as much as possible gusto ko sana yung HMO-accredited kaso ang hirap makahanap. Nakahanap man ako pero binentahan ako ng napakaraming products from various kinds of soap, creams, etc. That's when I discovered the NowServing App (not HMO-accredited). Naghanap ng somehow affordable but ready na ako mabutas ang bulsa since nakakapagod na. It really took a toll on my mental health.😭 Seeing these pictures now, parang naawa ako sa sarili ko before.😭💔
Nov 2025 – started Isotretinoin
Dec 1 2025 – nagpa-pimple inject ng almost 10-15 acne all at once.😫
Nagka-sebacious cyst pa around Feb 2026.😭😫

I'm 9 months into my Isotretinoin treatment na. To those who are struggling with your skin condition right now, all I can say is– Trust the process. Purging stage is the worst talaga, in my experience mga within 3 months. Show up during consultations and trust your derma.
Malayo pa pero malayo na. Hindi pa clear skin pero cleared na ang savings💸💸💸🤣
