Hurt people, hurt people

We’ve spent years debating:
Love marriage vs Arranged marriage.

But what if… all marriages are arranged in some way?

Hear me out:

• Arranged by family
• Arranged by friends
• Self-arranged (met through dating apps, communities, school, college, work, social circles etc.)

At the end of the day, someone introduces you to someone.

And irrespective of how you meet, isn’t the real question this:

Can the two people build a friendship, emotional safety, attraction and a life together?

Because many people “fall in love” but still struggle in marriage.
And many arranged setups fail because two strangers were never really allowed to become friends first.

Maybe we focus too much on how people met
and too little on how they build the relationship after meeting.
