Beta - Why do functions like harmonize crap out sometimes?

I get messages like, 'slow down, try again later'.

Are adobe serves at max capacity? Am I being throttled? Is there verbiage in the paid account that says it's not unlimited?

I've gotten past it with OS scripts, but it's just annoying.

Any reason to not vent the processor fan out the top rather than the back?

some of the fans allow moving the orientation around 90 degrees. most of the mid towers and full towers have 3 or so top fans venting out. why not just aim the processor fan out the top rather than the back side of the case.

any downsides other than it's historically not done.
