Need help with Tinnitus

Hi, 47 year old female, 5'4, 154 lbs. History of cervical cancer, survivor (2021) with 46 lymph nodes removed - not metastatic though, lupus diagnosed 2025, antiphosolipid antibodies confirmed 2026, no active lupus at present time. 3 children had, 2 miscarriages.

Symptoms;

Worsening hearing loss in one ear, tinnitus has become unyielding. Awful fatigue that is never helped by sleep. One eye has parts of letters missing - that is on/off ( sporadic), cannot be seen by ophthalmologist. Glaucoma - had an slt in 2024. My mouth occasionally tastes very medicinal. Possible hair loss. High lymphocytes unless on steroids, then neutrophils take over. Was a different scenario in mid 2024. Then switched to high lymphocytes. Flow cytometry to check it - no leukemia. (2025)

High triglycerides- hit over 900 in 2023. Down to 265 today. Random swelling with joint paint. White matter lesions - but, neurologist did lumbar puncture; 0 wbc, 1 protein, and albumin was positive in csf, 0 bands for ms though. Current pack a day smoker, no drug use. We did a sleep study - hypopnea or hypoxemia noted. I lost oxygen for over the maxium amount of time. Asthma ( newly diagnosed in 2026).

Not being treated for Lupus because the hearing loss became apparent while 2 weeks into planquenil. And, rn - it seems non-flaring.

I take aripiprazole 2mg since 2014 for bipolar 1. Fish oil, vitamin d3, super b complex- b1 deficiency, oral estradiol .50 - switching to .75 patch soon. Estrone had been high on 1mg. Menopausal or perimenopause. Numbers are all over the place for hormones.

Is there anything you can recommend for the tinnitus and Worsening hearing loss? I have no moment of quiet. It is really triggering a different "me". Anything you'd recommend? I think my internal medicine dr is at a loss. Thank you. Yes, I have seen ENT - alot. They want me to check for AUIED.

Diagnosed with SLE 9/25. New labs look normal

I was diagnosed with SLE 9/25. Two crithidia's for dsdna were positive. Low c3 and c4 9/25. Normal 2/26 and today. As was the crithidia. Anti - ro was positive today. Negative 9/25. Ana lower but still there. Took steroids a week before today's test results. And, same with 2/26. My new rheumatologist said they wouldn't matter. She said no evidence of Lupus. So very frustrated. What's going on?

Do I only have 546 cd4s?

My hematologist oncologist ran this test for me. When I plug it into Google - it gets very scary. I spoke to a lovely gentleman who said the 14% cd4s meant half of the 28% of lymphocytes. The dr who tested me said my lymphocytes are high. I am concerned with what I'm seeing though. My absolute lymph count on that day from cbc was 3.90. Please help. Thank you. Sorry if this is worry run amok.
