Visiting L'Escala in September
Hey, my girlfriend and I will be visiting L'Escala in September and I'm very much looking forward to it. We arrive in Girona (maybe explore a bit, so recommendations are more than welcome) than take the bus to L'Escala and stay there for 9 days. If you have any recommendations for good snorkeling spots, beautiful nature spots, maybe restaurants, bicycle rentals etc. I would absolutely love to hear from you.
Also we leave to Barcelona (still have to figure the Busses out) stay there for a day and than take a bus/train to Bilbao. So if you have any Tipps regarding the travel or anything at all it would be very much appreciated.

I want to join the club..
After one day of owing this f28w the bracelet just snapped. I was thinking on putting a nato bracelet on it and am searching for suggestions. I would love a minimalist black design, not bulgy, not to narrow so the bracelet fits exactly with the Bod of the watch. Does anyone have suggestion that are available in Europe/Germany?

Amphetaminsulfat Saft DL Amphetamin NRF 22.4, weiß jemand ob man Amphetaminsaft in einer deutschen Apotheke bestellen kann?
Hallo liebe Community.
Ich kämpfe mich jetzt seit 3 Jahren durch die ADHS Medikation durch und hatte bisher nur Misserfolge. Von Medikinet Retard und unretardiert, Kinecteen, Ritalin, Elvanse, Attentin und zuletzt Guanfacin habe ich bisher keine positive Wirkung bzw. nur Nebenwirkungen wie Angst, Verwirrtheit, brainfog und von guanfacin zuletzt starke Erschöpfung/Müdigkeit.
Ich wollte jetzt Amphetaminsulfatsaft (NRF 22.4) probieren da ich nichts unversucht lassen möchte. Leider hat mir bisher jede Apotheke gesagt sie können die Rohstoffe hierfür nicht bestellen. Kennt jemand eine Apotheke bei der dies möglich ist? Hat jemand Erfahrung mit Amphetaminsaft in Deutschland?
Wahrscheinlich kann ich mit meinem Rezept ja eher nicht in die Niederlande/Belgien/Schweiz fahren um es dort einzulösen...
Würde mich mega über Feedback freuen!

Unfortunately I transfered ants from the woods (western Germany) into my terrarium (isopods) and home. I'm horrified that those might be Monomorium pharaonis, which would be the worst case scenario. Maybe someone can help me identify them?
