Hiya!

I have been using the matrix 10 for about 2 months now. All worked well so far. But recently a problem appeared that i dont know how to handle. I start the cleaning with a shortcut. It starts, does the first room, then goes to swap the mops, remives the ones he used, the station delivers the new mops, and then the robot just sits there. It does not pick up the mops and does not continue with the other rooms. It is repeatable. I am on the latest firmware.

Robot is clean, no visible problems of any kind.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi all! In the screen where the map is displayed, i used the button in the left lower map corner to switch the cleaning mode to "custom". This allows me to define the cleaning mode room by room and use more water and suction power for dirtier rooms.

The problem is that in custom mode i cannot define after how many m² or minutes it should rinse the mops. I was expecting to find that setting in the room settings but cant seem to find it. It uses the dirty mop.quite some time.. is there a way to set the intervall somehow when in custom cleaning mode?

I've posted here a couple of times out of frustration because my order wasn't arriving. First it was my Amazon order, then the replacement order from Dreame itself. In total, the package had to be shipped three times due to issues with the Italian postal service, so none of this was actually Dreame's fault. From my initial Amazon order until the day I finally received it, almost two months had passed.

During that time, I contacted Dreame support almost daily. I called them, used the live chat on their website, reached out here on Reddit... I was probably their worst nightmare as a customer.

Even after the vacuum arrived, I couldn't find a particular setting. Their support team helped me in my native language and even sent me annotated screenshots with arrows and explanations in my language.

I can honestly say I'm genuinely impressed by the quality of their customer support. They were always available, replied quickly, remained patient despite me being a particularly demanding customer, and never ignored or delayed any of my requests.

This is truly first-class customer service, the kind you rarely see nowadays, especially for consumer products.

I just wanted to express my sincere appreciation and compliments to everyone behind Dreame's support team. They absolutely deserve the recognition

Hi all i had an ecovacs before and recently switched to a dlDreame matrix 10 ultra. I am missing a incredibely useful feature i had on the ecovacs: scenes.

Scenes are like preconfigured cleaning programs where you define the rooms to be cleaned and how each room should be cleaned. For example you can have the "rooms only" where you select the bedrolms, and define that the main room is vacuumed and mopoed, the guestroom is only vacuumed, and the kids room is only mopped.

Then you can create a new scene called "sundays" and since sundays you are out of the house you can vacuum and mop everything.

You are basically free to create these programs and store them all. And then you can start them with a single press without having to set up the clean each time. You can also select them when you have programmed cleaning. So every sunday at 14 the sundays scene start..

This is extremely useful and miss it a lot in this new robot..

Hi all.. i dont know what to do anymore.. I ordered a dreame on the official site about a month ago.. they shipped quickly but at some point the shipment went back to them without any apparent reason. then they shipped a new one. also this, started and then went back today without apparent reason. it never come so far that they tried to deliver it. it never happened before with any of my hundreds orders i made on the internet. i dont know what else to do at this point..

any clues?

Hiya.. i ordered a Matrix 10 ultra on amazon on april 26th in italy. It was flagged as "available", but as of today i am still awaiting shipment. It sais that they will send me an email when they have a shipment date. Is this normal? What are expected shipment times currently?
