Looking for chiropractor reccos

I know chiropractic is a little bit controversial, but I personally find it to be beneficial for me. However, I feel like every time I find a chiropractor they’re always trying to sell me a package. 💸

Does anyone have any recommendations for chiropractors who will just treat me on an as needed basis without the added pressure to buy?

13 mo suddenly stopped connecting sleep cycles after trip

Our 13-month-old has been sleep trained since 4 months and was an excellent sleeper until we went on a trip about a month ago.

Since coming home, he’s been struggling to connect sleep cycles during the day and is having more night wakes. During/after the trip, he needed contact naps and car rides to stay asleep. We assumed jet lag, but we’ve now been home for over a month and there’s been no change.

Before the trip:
• 3.5/3.75/4 schedule
• First nap: 1.5–2 hours
• Second nap: enough to total ~2.5 hours daytime sleep
• Night: 8 PM–6/7 AM

Now:
• 3.5/3.75/4 schedule
• First nap: ~45 min
• Second nap: ~30 min regardless of first nap length
• Night: bedtime 7–8 PM, wake 5:15–5:45 AM
• Lots of night wakes but falls back asleep on his own
• Seems constantly tired

We’ve stuck with the same 2-nap schedule and stopped doing car naps for a week, but nothing has changed.

We’ve wondered if it’s time to do the 2 to 1 nap transition, but he isn’t rejecting any of the naps. He seems to still need both but isn’t sleeping long enough.

Help!!

1 yo sleep trained baby seems completely undone after vacation. Help!

My son just turned 1, and we recently returned to Canada after a trip to Italy. Before the trip he was fully sleep trained, slept independently, napped 2–2.5 hours over 2 naps, and slept 8 p.m.–7 a.m. Wake windows were roughly 3.25/3.5/4.

Travel threw everything off. I had to nurse him to sleep on the flights, and he took several car naps, which he never does at home.

We’ve been home for 4 days, and now he:
• Wakes at 4–5 a.m. instead of 7 a.m.
• Takes very short naps and can’t seem to connect sleep cycles.

A few times after a short nap I’ve nursed him (after 10 mins of getting him from the crib), and he fell back asleep on me. Normally I wouldn’t rescue naps, but he seems genuinely exhausted so I’ve let him sleep on me.

He also has a very mild bug, and even before the trip he had started occasionally refusing a nap.

Looking for advice on how to get him back on track! TIA!

Einkorn bread machine recipe + help for older machine?

Hi!

I’m looking for some advice on making einkorn bread in my bread machine.

I’d love a recipe that is predominantly einkorn flour, but I’m also open to blending it with whole wheat or APF if that helps with structure.

One important detail: I’m making this for my baby, so I’m looking for a no-added-sugar recipe.

My bread machine is an older model (Oster 5840), and it doesn’t have any complementary settings for delicate einkorn flour. I’m hoping there’s a way to make this work without needing to hand-knead (life with a baby = limited time 😅).

If anyone has a tried-and-true recipe or even just machine settings that work well, I’d really appreciate it!
