Subject says it all (or almost). I'm throwing a party for my partner's 40th birthday in five weeks, and I'm looking to order the best cake in Phoenix

• Not looking to accommodate any specific dietary restrictions. I want all the gluten and dairy!
• Doesn't have to be in Phoenix-proper. I'll drive to the surrounding cities for the BEST cake.
• Bonus if it's an LGBTQ-owned business, but not required. Gays gotta support our fellow gays!
• Not operating with a budget, but also not trying to buy a cake that would have it's own MTV cribs episode.
