TVA bonds callable?

I'm looking at some Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) bonds, specifically the 2060 and 2065 maturity ones, and I can't seem to find if these are callable.

AI has been no help, suggesting I visit "Path: tva.gov > Investors > Bondholders > Offering Circulars" but it's blocked in my country (if it even exists and not a hallucination...)

Does anyone know if these are callable, under what provisions (make whole, only after X years, etc.) or can access that site please?

Also, how far from treasuries, risk wise, do you think these are?
Thanks a lot.

I've seen people mention it. I asked Gemini, and I'm not sure if it's just hallucinating -

The "SD Update" Method (Locked X3 Only)

Because Xteink uses a standard ESP32 bootloader, there is a "backdoor" recovery mode that looks for a firmware file on the card at boot. Here is how you do it:

  1. Get the Firmware: Download the .bin file for CrossPoint (specifically the X3 version).
  2. Rename the File: This is the most important step. Rename the file to exactly update.bin.
  3. Prepare the SD Card: Drop update.bin onto the root (top-level folder) of a FAT32-formatted microSD card.
  4. The Secret Key Combo:
    • Power the device completely OFF.
    • Insert the SD card.
    • Press and hold the Left Side Button (usually the page-turn button) AND the Power Button at the same time.
  5. Wait for Flashing: The device should detect the update.bin and begin flashing automatically. If it just boots to the stock home screen, the combo didn't trigger or the filename is wrong.

Why this works

Xteink's own factory recovery system uses this method to fix bricked units in the warehouse. By naming the file update.bin, you're tricking the internal bootloader into thinking it's performing an official system recovery.

If that still fails:

If the button combo doesn't trigger the update, try this last-ditch effort:

  • Go into the Stock SettingsSystemUpdate.
  • Look for an option called "Update via SD Card" or "Local Update."
  • If you select that with the renamed update.bin on the card, the stock OS may trigger the flash for you.

Note: Be 100% sure you have the X3 firmware. Flashing X4 firmware onto an X3 via this method can permanently brick the screen controller since the pins are mapped differently.

On the one hand I think I saw some say they did the sd "install" (korean version? something like that?) otoh I can't find ANYTHING regarding this right now.

Thanks
