130° dryer cycle and deep clean sanitize enough?
Hello carpet beetle community! I was unfortunate to receive what appears to be some level of carpet beetle activity on two bags of clothing that I was given, I noticed one larvae carpet beetle and at least one skin but eyeballing it I didn't see any obvious significant activity although I'm sure there was stuff I did not see but it wasn't like multiple larvae on each piece of clothes. I was wondering if those who utilized their deep clean sanitize wash cycle as well as a dryer that goes to at least 130° for more than 1 hour was enough to successfully kill these carpet beetles? I see conflicting things about dryer and washer cycles being successful and wanted to hear from people who had actually done that at the recommended temperature.
And to preface I would really like to hear from people who have actually done it successfully at the recommended temperature, not just what Google says because I have already read all of the recommendations.

Preloved handbag market cooling down?
Has anyone else noticed that the Chanel pieces that tend to retain value (vintage like Diana, or classic flaps, ect ect) have been sitting on the pre-loved market longer or there have been more price drops?
I have not been in the Chanel market very long and have purchased one piece with a price that I am happy for but I was wondering what everyone else's thoughts were?
Caviar in the rain?
Does anyone else limit bringing caviar into casual rain (like walking from your car to the inside of a building)? I am aware that it's coated but I didn't know if most people take the extra step and avoid using it on rainy days or cover it with something. Should rain for short periods of time be of concern?
Does anyone see the boy bag as being overly trendy, and something that wouldn't look good in 10-15 years?
When I compare styles like the classic flap and the boy bag which are probably some of the most popular styles of Chanel bags I very much see the boy bag as very trendy and belonging to a specific time period (2010s-2020s) the same way that when you look at like a Y2K style it's very easy to place the year it's from. The boy bag is also just not really my taste, but clearly people do like it.

I guess that's also where my mind goes just because for me Chanel is a big purchase so try to stay away from trendy styles.
I joined the club! (Classic double flap jumbo caviar series 14)
I purchased a pre-owned classic double flap caviar jumbo silver hardware series 14 bag a few months ago from eBay for 5.5 k. It does have a slight internal flaw of a small stain that is relatively difficult to see that you can't see from the outside. I'm very happy with the purchase, I have been using it pretty frequently these last few weeks. It was the size I wanted, the year, and the material.
At first I had a little bit of regret because of what you hear other people say about the size and the weight of it but I actually measured it compared to my old bag that does fit a little bit more stuff but with all that extra stuff weighs as much as this bag does when filled with my essential items. And actually carrying it out it is helpful to have that extra room from time to time for things like receipts, or sunglasses, or clips etc. What I really really like about it is the crossbody because I'm a bit more of a practical/functional girl and for me I actually don't really like doubling the strap up and carrying it under my arm, I feel like I have to manage the bag position from slipping off my shoulder when I'm doing things like bending over or shopping.
Please identify!
I have been finding these bugs I presume as carpet beetles over the last approximately 2 months, usually one or two a week usually dead. Today I found one Dead behind the garbage can and one crawling in the middle of my floor. I checked the cabinets and the pantry they are not in there, they are not in my refrigerator and I haven't found any on my counters yet. I have only found them on the floor. Of course I have clothes and carpet and probably some dusty areas my place. For reference I do live in a six unit condo building. I spray like the store-bought bug perimeter spray every 6 weeks because I've been noticing some seasonal critters like house centipedes maybe once a month, silver leafs once or twice a month, and lately I've been getting carpet beetles I presume more frequently a few times a week so I'm a little bit concerned. I live in a condo that has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and I have only found them in the front room that is attached to my kitchen, like an open concept, and found them in the kitchen on the floors. And I have not consistently found them in one place like by the garbage can, or by the refrigerator. It's kind of scattered. I did find one on a windowsill.
