I recently bought a q5 max+ new with open box for my parents from ebay. Everything connected ok but when i go to do its first mapping, its saying there is a lidar error. Theres no dust or debris in the lidar turret and it is spinning fine. Any suggestions before I return it or try for a warranty replacement?
I have a Q5 Max+. I love it. It is vacuum only and has a ramp style dock. It seems roborock doesn’t make them anymore and I want to get my parents one or one very similarly non-complicated. Any suggestions?
