Support issue - No way to find out why a buyer raised an issue

Buyer raised an issue, but I can’t find out why.
I both emailed them and contacted them on the app chat, they took 24 hours to respond. Then they said please wait another 48 hours for a response.
Issues raised by buyers should be disclosed
Held in abeyance like this, with no idea what it’s about, unsatisfactory

No response to account ban appeal 5 weeks

I have submitted an appeal, they call my items counterfeit. I’m a trusted seller on vestaire collective, having sold 150 items on Vestaire, so I’m obviously not selling counterfeit.

The issue that annoys me in the delay in their response. Going on 5 weeks now I contacted support via email, they said please wait for decision ??

Seller reported issue lost trusted seller before inspection ??

I have sold 140 items vestaire and I’m a trusted seller. I’ve never been accused of a counterfeit (well once but it was overturned with senior inspection).
I sold NWOT Burberry handbag, the buyer reported an issue which is fine. since it’s authentic and new I don’t see what could possibly go wrong with the inspection. However I lost my trusted seller bag, even though no item has been inspected yet?
Has anyone had this before? Is it normal

Items not collected from pickup

If a buyer doesn’t collect their item from pickup can you refuse it to be re-delivered to you, and if this happens how does the transaction play out? Would the transaction be cancelled and the buyer refunded, or would the item be lost, and the seller refunded ?
