He's done so much for the club and been a source of so much good stuff. He's done nothing wrong and if he goes then he deserves the payday. Good on him.

Given the injuries and ageing etc I understand all of these departures but how much does this change the dressing room, the training sessions and for want of a better word the vibes going into preseason.

There were plenty of funny moments.

Fixing a car with him today, his shirt was utterly shit apart from one little bit.

Leeds just played ultra defensively and their keeper had one of the best matches of his career, as did Ampadu.

Gross looked really good and it looked like shooting through a forest or against a brick wall the way they had so many men in the box.

Really disappointed in the result and I was furious yesterday but in retrospect it did look like they were trying to find a way through what was a really solid defensive set up. No diving, cheating or "playing for a penalty" which was admirable.

The goal at the end was pathetic but was bound to happen after a game where nothing falls for you.

Hope the lads can keep their chins up for the final match, I'm still hopeful.
