Welcome to the weekly social media thread. As many people do have accounts on certain social media sites (twitter*/instagram/tiktok etc) or do not follow the players/club/league or individual creators on them this thread is a place for people to share pics and videos they found fun or interesting for other users to enjoy!

Hi everyone!

I’m Emma Sanders, BBC Sport’s women’s football news reporter.

The WSL is back and, after a busy summer and the opening weekend of the new season, there’s plenty to talk about.

The transfer window brought some huge names to the league, including Alexia Putellas at London City Lionesses, while clubs across the WSL have reshaped their squads ahead of what looks like another exciting season.

So, what did you make of the opening weekend? Who had the best transfer window? Which new arrivals are you most excited to watch? Who will challenge for the title and which players could have a breakthrough season?

Send me your questions on any of those topics, or whatever you’d like to know about covering women’s football for the BBC.

I’ll be back on Monday at 18:00 BST to answer as many as I can. Ask me anything!

>Thanks for your questions everyone. I had a good time. We'll do it again but in the meantime, enjoy the new WSL season and hopefully our coverage too!

With new players, coaches and teams, there is plenty to get stuck into. Can Manchester City defend their title? Which newly-promoted side is best prepared for the step up? Which signings will thrive? What on earth to make of London City Lionesses?

Send all WSL-related questions my way in this AMA.

I will be online tomorrow Thursday 3rd at 4pm BST // 11am EST to answer your questions
