I'm making a giant paper mache conversation heart I would like some ideas fir the color and quote/saying for it. I was thinking something unconventional, sarcastic, maybe even vulgar. But it can also be sweet. I do post my art for sale. Really just looking for something that will pull a buyer in.
. So my son 21m and his gf 22f were out of town for funeral activities for her late grandmother. His gf recently came into a ton of money from a lawsuit and has been spending a lot while she also invested a lot and put much of it away to live on. Back to the issue. So, they went out of town for the funeral and she told my son they would get a hotel but when they got there she decided to stay with family. My son didn't want to stay because of excessive drinking and some of her family members don't like him. For no apparent reason. Anyway everyone was drunk and my son only had 3 shots when an argument was started over his gf stating that she was going to pay for her and her sister to take a trip to Hawaii. My son doesn't think it's fair she foots the bill. He asked the sister was she going to pay for her part. This caused a big argument ending in her brother in law picking my son up, throwing him at the door, telling him to get out. My son had no car, no shoes, and was stranded outside in a town where he knows no one for around 8 hours before his gf came to pick him up and make the 3 hour drive home. She dropped him off and left. Then when she came back home the day after all this, she kicked him out. He's heartbroken. She said she wanted to marry him and have kids with him. He planned a future with her. He also quit his job because she wanted him to help get everything set up in the house she bought. And he would find a new job after. Now he's jobless and back at my house which is fine as long as he stays in school. Am I wrong for thinking she is wrong? I feel there should have been more talking and more opinions on the situation other than what her family has to say. They think he was using her for money but he wasn't. He still had savings he was paying his own bills out of. I kind of think they wanted him out of the way so they have all access to her and her money. She's a bit naive and will buy anything for anyone if they ask including giving someone thousands of dollars to pay their debt. I just feel bad for my son. He's so upset and I am too as I have created a relationship with her as well.
