What is some complex and valuable skill that has high demand and has freelence opportunity in AI era?

I've been learning programming for the last few years—mainly web development, AI, and a bit of mobile app development. But with the current job market and rapid AI advancements, it feels like the software industry is going through a tough transition.

I'm now thinking more long-term.

What are some complex, high-value skills that are in strong demand, are difficult to replace with AI, and also have good freelancing or consulting opportunities?

I'm not looking for "easy money" or quick trends. I'm willing to spend 2–5 years mastering a difficult skill if it has solid long-term value.

I'd love to hear from people who have experience in fields beyond traditional software development as well.

Any one interested in practicing English every day for 1 hour?

Hi everyone!

I'm from Bangladesh, and for the past few days I've been hosting small 1-hour English speaking sessions online every day.

The goal isn't to teach English—it's simply to practice speaking in a relaxed, friendly environment with people from different backgrounds.

We usually keep the group small so everyone gets a chance to speak.

If you're learning English or simply enjoy meeting people from other countries, we'd love to have you join us.

If you're curious, I can also share recordings of previous sessions so you can see what they're like.

If you're interested, FOLLOW THE WHATSAPP CHANNEL LINK IN THE COMMENT. you will find all the details in the channel

Have you ever joined an online English conversation club before? I'd love to hear about your experience!

Would anyone be interested in a free English Speaking Club?

Hi everyone!

I'm a software engineer from Bangladesh who has spent the last 1.5 years working with international clients from more than seven countries, where English was my primary language for meetings and daily communication.

I'm currently taking a career break to focus on my studies and personal projects, and I thought it would be fun to start a small English speaking club.

This isn't an English grammar class, an IELTS course, or anything I'm selling. The idea is simply to create a relaxed place where a few people can practice speaking English together.

The sessions would be:

  • 40–60 minutes on Zoom
  • Around 5 participants per session
  • Discussion-based (hobbies, university, work, movies, current events, etc.)
  • Completely free

I'm mainly trying to find out whether people would actually be interested before I organize everything.

Would you join something like this?

If enough people are interested, I'll set up a simple registration process and share the details.

Anyone interested in joining a completely FREE English Speaking Practice Session?

Hey everyone!

I'm Shemanto, graduated from KUET and worked as a Software Engineer for around 1.5 years.

In my job, all my clients were international, worked with 7+ different countries on a regular basis and had to join meeting for new clients in daily basis. My colleagues often appreciated my communication skill. Before that, English was always one of my stronger subjects throughout my student life and helped my friend who studied for IELTS.

Right now, I'm taking a career break to focus on my studies and some personal projects. Instead of spending my free time doing nothing, I thought:

Why not create a completely FREE English Speaking Club where we can all practice together?

This is NOT an English grammar course.

I'm not claiming to be an English teacher, not selling any course, don't have any plan to sell.

This is simply a place where we practice speaking English in a friendly, relaxed environment.

We will talk about topics you like: your hobbies, university life, job interviews, movies and TV series, current events or anything you enjoy talking about. NO WORRY ABOUT GRAMMAR, just Speak English without fear and build confidence.

My plan:

\- 40–60 minute Zoom sessions

\-  Around 5 participants per session so everyone gets enough speaking time

\- Sessions may be recorded and uploaded to YouTube for learning purposes (only with everyone's consent)

\- Registration will be required before joining

I don't want it to be messy for me or any of you with lots of messages and comments so I've created a WhatsApp channel(\*\*not a group) where I'll post all the updates, registration forms, and Zoom links.

If you're interested, follow the WhatsApp channel from the link in the comments.
