My boyfriend lives out of state and is working on his birthday. He’s visiting me this weekend and he LOVES diners. I’m still relatively new to the area, so we’ve only been to Effie’s and Quaker diner. If you have any recommendations let me know.

*preferably not a chain like the friendly toast, a classic diner. The kind with a long menu and local ads on the coffee mugs!!!

I’ve had insomnia my whole life, and they put me on some crazy meds as a kid so I’m pretty paranoid abt medication. it’s gotten so much worse lately cuz of stress. I get 3-4 hours MAX, but even then it’s not very deep. Melatonin isn’t working so I start trazodone this weekend, my psychiatrist said I can split or even quarter them if I like. What’s ur guys experience?
