I've been keeping to NC or at more a, "Good Morning... because that about all I can handle. I would love to be friends but I am afraid my mind would spiral, just like it did when she said following me on IG. Yet, I only allow that because I follow other coworkers and her mom. Again today something different happened, since I was a kid I have had LO but I broke away after seeing there true color and what they really wanted from. And today I am even more unsure than ever before, because the thing that made me spiral was not a word not, a silly, occurrence, it was just eye contact, 5 seconds of eye contact. Usually she walked past me with her cart and maybe says excuse me but this sometime it's was a deep stare 🫣, and now I won't see her for a freaking week.

Well at least I might get some writing out of this😅
