Which characters are actually capable of teleportation?
After finishing Nicole's Witch
Homework, she showed that she can teleport. In the quest, she mentioned using the Seelie statues, which made me wonder whether her teleportation is limited to those statues or if she can freely teleport beyond them.
Which other characters are known or implied to use some form of
teleportation? I'm assuming Columbina might be capable of it because of her Tri-Lunar authority and control over space, but are there any other confirmed or strongly implied examples?
