Professional tarot readers of Reddit, have you ever sought out a spiritual reading yourself?

I’m curious how people who read tarot professionally approach being on the other side of a reading.

Have you ever gone to another tarot reader, psychic, astrologer, medium, or other spiritual practitioner for guidance? If so, what was the experience like for you?

To those who have used both Tarot and I Ching, which practice do you prefer and why?

As the title says. I'm very curious to read your guys' responses.

I personally find myself leaning more towards the I Ching, as I've found its insights to be more helpful, but that's just me. What do you guys think?

9-day Kyushu Trip Dilemma

Hello Reddit!

So I’ve run into a bit of a dilemma regarding my Kyushu trip that I leave for tomorrow.

The plan I originally settled on was flying into the Fukuoka Airport, staying 4 nights in Hakata, 2 nights in Kumamoto, and 2 nights in Kagoshima, as well as flying out from the local airport.

However, the awful 7.1 earthquake happened last week and has indefinitely shut down the shinkansen line. I don’t have a drivers license, so the shinkansen was the only way I could get to those prefectures. I can luckily get a refund on the Kagoshima hotel, but not the Kumamoto hotel or the return flight (cries).

I’m now trying to figure out what other places I could visit now that I can’t visit the places I was going to go for the 2nd half of my trip. What recommendations would you have to salvage the rest of my trip?

9-day Kyushu trip: What places are worth visiting?

Hi y'all!!

I'm planning a short 9-day trip to Kyushu next month in August. I'm currently living in Nagano Prefecture until next March, so this will probably be my only chance to visit the area. With that in mind, I'd like to make the most of the trip without trying to cram too much into the itinerary.

So far, I've only booked my flight and four nights at a hotel in Fukuoka. Besides Fukuoka, I'm definitely planning to visit Kumamoto, Itoshima, and Karatsu (anime pilgrimage lol). Beyond that, I can't decide which other cities I should add.

My biggest concern is overexerting myself and trying to fit in too much. I'd rather have a more relaxed trip than spend all my time rushing between places. Does anyone have recommendations for cities or day trips that are especially worth visiting? Or is my current plan already enough for 9 days?

I experienced a loss in my family and want to use bereavement leave. What are my next steps?

Hi yall!

As the title says, I recently lost a family member and Im absolutely devastated. I want to use my bereavement leave so I can go home and be with my family. The funeral is going to be in mid June.

I haven’t been put in a position yet where I need to request time off, so I’m unsure as to what my next steps are (I work for Interac). Is there anything they would need from my end? Who do I reach out to so I can discuss my time off?

Thanks! :)

hi yall! as the title says, i’m looking for a tattoo artist who is good with fine line/botanical tattoos. i’m planning on getting some lily of the valleys to add to my arm sleeve. i live in central japan in an area that’s pretty inaka, so artists around tokyo or nagoya would be preferred. either way any and all recommendations would be appreciated :D
