HELP !! Artist injury or staring in thub and fingure joint. , what should I dk for relife.
So for last 3 day i have been having constant pain between my thumb joint and fingure joints , so please help me out.
I have been practicing basic drawing drills everyday, and learing composition and all for like more than 2 hours or more daily and also I go to collage so most of my day I am holding pen for maybe morethan 8 hr daily so please help me out I would really appreciate your help I am still learing thank-you for paying attention.
