The old screen wasn’t even displaying anything at all

This moto g is bought from Verizon not up too a year so the phone was about to be passed on to someone else then the user decided to reset the phone to factory reset and boom since then, I have been unable to activate the phone plus the sim isn’t even bringing service anymore .

I guess this Samsung phone is a mkopa locked cuz I guess that is the reason it’s not showing the factory reset option ..
