I’ve had about 7 attacks in 10 years. This one feels different. I successfully did the eply and pt confirmed no more crystals out of place by doing the dyke test. It’s been a week and a half . I still feel off, fatigue, lightheaded, I get panic attacks in stores. Sometimes if I’m watching TV or my phone for a while it feels like my brain jumps if that makes any sense. I’m scared because I don’t want this turning into PPPD any advice

Boardwalk or beach club. Won’t be doing the pool cuz it will be cold. But beach club is cheaper
