ENBD branch teller saying Minor Account requires 5k dirhams minimum balance while the website says 0

i saw that in their website minor account minimum balance is 0, when i went to Silicon central branch to ask for more details:
the teller said "minor minimum balance is 5k dirhams" i asked "but your website says 0 minimum balance" he said "thats a youth package, it needs student ID" "i dont have a student id, since i do online school"
also isnt youth package is only for young adults (18-21)?
what did i miss?
