Should I go for this Honda WRV (VX) 2017 used car?

I've been eyeing this car for a while and I finally see a seller nearby in KA.

Specs as follows:

HONDA WRV(VX) Top Variant
IDTEC Diesel
ODO km 48,000
Second owner
Model 2017

Price quoted: ₹655,000 (negotiable)

The car looks fine, I want to know if this is a fair price? I'm sure it's high. What would be the ideal price range for this car? The owner will tell it gives good mileage (23k+) and is run only 40k KMs as a counter if I ask for more price cut. Need some suggestions.

Need help buying a used Honda WR-V (2nd owned)

Details of the car as follows:

2020 Honda WR-V - SV IDTEC ( I belive this is the Base variant)
2nd owner
Diesel
93000 kms done
Asking price : 6 lakhs ( I think they dont go below 5Lakhs, so I can get it around 5)

The car looks good, I haven't test driven it yet, but will do shortly, just to confirm I thought all WRV models do come with a touch screen infotainment, but this one just has a small system, is that expected?

I use x300 since 3 months now and here is what I feel.

Although phones comes with exceptional cameras, and on paper features sound great but the Origin OS has lot of bugs and its no obvious to point out so easily also. Which makes it very cheap at the same time.

Especially that notification bar, I've completely turned off origin island, first of all that doesn't pop up most of the time, and the player in the notification isn't consistent, the album cover sometimes don't have a picture.

Also, I feel my vivo x300 is cursed with battery drain problem, I don't feel like I'm using a 6000Mah battery, the moment I open cameras, I have to compromise on my screentime. RIP.

Hence I feel Vivo's biggest enemy is it's Origin OS and lack of optimization. I was so happy when I got this phone initially, but I've started to get bored of the phone already.

Can anyone tell if I have a genuine issue with my battery, how can I contest or get this checked in a service center?
