16 inch m1 pro is a good decision as a person who travel a lot with camera gears ?

Hey i'm a photographer and videographer i keep travelling personal and for work mostly by the time from a used store i got m1 pro model in a good deal around 675$ in India, there was 14" model for 610$ but wasn’t available in stock (good condition one), My concern about weight is there but i love the big screen also, before i was using i7 a1990 model 15".
Suggestion on deciding , i can still change for few days.
