Does spina bifida count?

My xrays showed spina bifida apparently although im waiting on the images. But does it count to have a hole in my spine if I never didn't? Its there from birth. Nothing broke, it was just made that way!

totally new to this and using a model i bought from someone, how on earth do I fix this? I managed to rig her otherwise but no matter how i turn the head, mask and face r duplicated + 1 stays static
